I have been staying here for 22 years now. They did have a couple years where management fell. I didn’t go there for two years went back and it is up and running perfect! This condo is not for party people. This is a quiet place to stay! Great for families! Also, the beach in front of the Tiki is never over ran by a lot of beach goers. Also the South Padre Turtle place is right across the street! Staff is always more than helpful… and security guards that patrol every night.
